Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VentureFlow ("Service," "Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You May Not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of all data, files, and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your User Content to provide the Service
• Use AI services to analyze your User Content and generate insights
• Make backups for disaster recovery purposes

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload User Content and grant us this license. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or sharing it.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze deals and generate insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as investment advice. You acknowledge that:

• AI analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You should verify all information independently
• We are not responsible for investment decisions made based on AI-generated content
• AI outputs are not a substitute for professional due diligence

Payment and Subscriptions

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your subscription agreement.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by VentureFlow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENTUREFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VentureFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
